I mean wow!
I just tried it for the first time. At first I felt really ridiculous, but then I just stopped thinking, like my brain had fallen asleep, can't remember anything about the ten minutes I stayed it the deep hypnosis. Only when the tape said the number three of the waking up program I realised time had passed. So twenty minutes program, and I feel like I've slept for two hours, without the grogginess of naps.
Now to cook some rice for lunch and some more meditating in the evening. o/
